UTC Tower (Ground Floor), 8 Panthapath, Dhaka (Beside Basundhara Shopping Complex)
Training Objective
Managing Occupational & Behavioral HSE culture is a major issue for sustainable business growth of an industry. The distress, grief & sadness experienced by a wife, mother, family & friends on losing a husband & or son through an accident in itself is traumatic & grief stricken. The scene of a tragic ending in serious injury or death is dismal, undignified & soul destroying & casts a dark, demoralizing shadow over all present for a long period. This is a hazardous world & has potentially many risks to life & limb. The exposure to accidents is daily & varied i.e. height, water, excavation etc. For the good of all a Safety Culture has to be created on all sites & rigorously policed to ensure compliance.

Safety is enshrined in legislation. Construction activity necessarily involves change on a constant basis by comparison with other industries. Sites develop with progress of work hence the working environment is altering hour by hour. Change is known to be one of the prime conditions which induces unsafe behavior & can preclude straightforward defensive measures.
